The information supplied on the Handbag Fetish site is provided by our suppliers. We will always attempt to provide, to the best of our knowledge, accurate product information however we do not make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of information provided on this website. Photos of the products are taken by ourselves to best illustrate the product for you. We have made an effort to show the colour of products as close as possible to the actual item. However the colours that appear on the screen can vary in accordance with the quality of your computer monitor and its settings. We cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your monitor are exactly like the real colours.
eGift Certificates
Terms and Conditions:
- eGift certificates are for use on the Handbag Fetish website only. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Certificates are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
- Recipients can redeem their vouchers on the Handbag Fetish website by entering the promotional code supplied. Simply choose the product that you would like to purchase with the voucher and add it to the shopping cart, proceed to the check out area and when prompted enter the eGift promotional code.
- Redeemable on products only, not on delivery charges.
Payment
Handbag Fetish only accepts online payment in our secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on our credit card security measures.
Shipping Information
At Handbag Fetish we try our very best to ship your order within 24 - 48 hours of the order being placed. All orders are sent via Australia Post and Handbag Fetish is not responsible for service transit times. We will notify you immediately if there are any delays. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. For security reasons we suggest you use a work address if you will not be home during the day to receive the parcel. You are directly responsible for providing a correct delivery address; we will not refund your payment if details you supply are incorrect.

The Handbag fetish website contains a delivery rate calculator within the checkout process that enables you to choose how you would like your purchase sent to you. Delivery options available are Regular post and express post which have varying price and delivery timeframes, choose the one that best suits you. The total amount of the delivery charge will be added to your order before payment so you will know exactly how much is being charged to your credit card. For security reasons we suggest you use a work address for your delivery if you will not be home to receive the parcel.
International

All orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs taxes and duties by your own country, you are directly responsible for paying these charges.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by email within 2 days of receiving your purchase. We will send you a returns form to complete and you can then return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange for another item. The product should be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached and have no evidence of use. Freight charges on delivery and return of goods cannot be refunded. Damaged Goods:
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a no charge replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment. The product should be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached and have no evidence of use. Simply contact us by email within 2 days of receiving the damaged product. We will send you a returns form to complete and you can then return the item within 14 days to receive your replacement.
